Colombian. MBA from Babson College, the No. 1 School for Entrepreneurship Education in the United States. Fully proficient in English and German (Spanish as native language), Oriana enjoys 17 years of experience in private and public organizations in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Oriana`s expertise focuses in the holistic leadership and management of private and public organizations that generate and capture extraordinary social and economic value through strategic lines such as Entrepreneurship (including Corporate Entrepreneurship), New Business Development, Innovation and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her network of contacts includes Entrepreneurs, Government Officials and Top Executives from Corporations, worldwide. Since 2013 and for 7 years, Oriana served as Global Business Development & Operations Manager for Knightsbridge Schools International, a global family of international schools, nurseries and psychology centres, providing a 21st century education in a variety of global locations, for learners aged 3 – 18. In 2020 Oriana took over as Executive VP of Redcol Holding, Colombia´s first network of private schools.
